The Showroom

Pick everything in one place. Then we build it.

Our Delray Beach showroom is the difference between a remodel that finishes on time and one that drags into the holidays. Every finish, fixture, tile, cabinet, and surface, in one room, with our designer sitting next to you.

Why It Works

Most remodels stall in the same place. Decisions.

Too many vendors. Too many appointments. Too many decisions made over emailed PDFs, with samples that don't quite match what shows up on site. By month three, the project schedule is held hostage by a tile that's three weeks out and a cabinet pull no one remembered to order.

Our showroom is the fix. Cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, hardware, paint. All selected side by side in one sitting, against the rest of the home's finishes. The designer is in the room with you. The general contractor is in the room with you. The decisions get made, written down, and ordered.

That's why most of our projects finish on the original schedule. Not because we're faster than other builders. Because the decisions that usually slow projects down are made before the demo starts.

How It Works

One showroom. One appointment.

The showroom session usually takes a single afternoon. Some clients come back for a second visit to confirm. After that, we're ready to build.

01

You bring the inspiration.

Pinterest boards, magazine tears, photos of your friend's kitchen. Whatever you've been collecting. We start there.

02

We translate it into materials.

The inspiration becomes specifications. Cabinetry profiles, countertop slabs, tile patterns, paint colors, hardware finishes. Real samples you can touch and place next to each other.

03

The contractor is at the table.

So when you ask "can we do that?" the answer is real. Not "let me check with the build team." Bill is in the showroom with you.

04

You walk out with a plan.

The finish schedule, the price, the timeline. No mystery line items. No "we'll figure that out in construction."

05

The crew builds from the plan.

What you picked in the showroom is what shows up on site. No handoff between designer and contractor, because they're the same showroom.

What it actually looks like when you walk in.

Full kitchen vignettes, vanity setups, stone slabs you can touch, tile walls, hardware boards. Everything you'd be specifying for your project, sitting side by side in one room.
