How We Work

Most renovations stall in the same places. Our process is designed to skip them.

A renovation has six predictable phases. The trouble usually starts when the design phase and the construction phase don't talk to each other. We keep them in the same room.

The Six Phases

From your first call to handing you the keys.

Six steps. Roughly the same on every project, whether it's a primary bath or a whole-home renovation.

01

First conversation.

You call or email. Bill responds personally within one business day to set up a walkthrough or showroom visit.

02

Walkthrough & scope.

We walk the home, listen to what you want, talk through what's possible. By the end you have a rough scope and a rough budget range.

03

Showroom.

One to three appointments in our Delray Beach showroom. Finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, layouts. By the end you have a finish schedule and a firm price.

04

Permits & pre-construction.

We pull permits, line up the trades, and confirm the schedule. Materials are ordered with lead times in mind so nothing holds up the site.

05

Construction.

Demo, framing, mechanicals, drywall, finishes. Bill is on site every week. Weekly client check-ins. Daily clean-down at the end of every shift.

06

Punch list & handover.

We complete the punch list before you move back in, not after. The final walkthrough is a celebration, not a negotiation.
