If you've already got an architect or designer, Acassa brings their drawings to life with the same hands-on supervision we'd give our own projects. Florida CGC #049679, LEED AP, EPA Lead-Safe Certified.
Most homeowners hire a general contractor expecting daily supervision and get a project manager who shows up Tuesdays. That isn't how Acassa runs.
Bill Monroy is the general contractor on every project, every week. The person who shakes your hand at the start is the person closing the punch list at the end. The trades, the schedule, the permits, the inspections. One person owns all of it.
We work three ways: as the GC on our own design-build projects, as the GC on projects designed by an outside architect or interior designer, and on short-term rentals, guest houses, and small commercial spaces that need the same level of supervision a residential remodel requires.
The work doesn't change much from project to project. The standards don't change at all.
The carpenters, plumbers, electricians, framers, drywallers, painters, tilers, and finish trades who do the actual work. Most of ours have been with us for years.
Building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, roofing. Submission, follow-up, inspections, and the certificate of completion. We handle the paperwork.
The order trades show up matters. We sequence the work so trades aren't waiting on each other and the site stays productive.
Transparent cost tracking. When something comes up that wasn't in the original scope, you get a written change order, not a surprise on the invoice.
Daily site walks, weekly client check-ins, and a punch list we close out before move-in. The reviews mention this constantly. It isn't an accident.
A general contracting project often connects to other work in the home. Here's what we typically handle alongside.
