Guillermo “Bill” Monroy

Guillermo “Bill” Monroy is the founder and co-owner of Acassa Construction LLC. He is a Florida licensed general contractor, as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional (LEED AP) from the US Green Building Council.

Mr. Monroy holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading (Reading, England), one of the most prestigious universities in Europe. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland (College Park, MD) in Architecture and Urban Planning.

In 1992, after working in Europe for large developers on some of the biggest projects, Mr. Monroy became licensed as a Florida Certified General Contractor. He has extensive experience in building, remodeling, and renovating both residential and commercial construction projects. He is also well versed in the area of home automation and “intelligent buildings.”

Enrique Vallejo Uribe

Enrique holds a degree in Business Administration from CESA, one of Colombia's leading business schools, and brings over ten years of hands-on construction experience across the country, where he executed residential renovations, new builds, and investment flips.

Alongside his construction career, he has been an active commercial real estate investor for over eight years, a background that sharpens his understanding of how construction decisions translate into long-term asset value. That combination shapes the way he approaches every project: with the discipline of an operator and the instincts of someone who has been on both sides of the business.

For the past three years he has been a partner at Acassa, contributing strategic vision, process improvement, and a technology-driven mindset that pushes the team and its operations forward.

Tina O'Keeffe

Tina is a seasoned business professional with a strong international background. Born and raised in England, she graduated with a degree in Business and Finance from a private business school in the UK. In 1993, she relocated to Florida, where she quickly established herself in the real estate industry, obtaining her Real Estate License in 1994 and becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2006. With over three decades of experience, Tina's management career has spanned real estate, corporate aviation, and construction. Known for her sharp business acumen and versatile management skills, she has successfully led operations and strategic initiatives across these dynamic sectors.

Elisa Benzan

Elisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and a Master's Degree in Interior Contract Design from Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy. That academic foundation, combined with over a decade of professional experience across residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects, shaped her into a designer who understands construction as deeply as she understands aesthetics. Her career includes collaboration with international brands such as Elie Saab and Cappellini, bringing a refined and globally informed perspective to every space she touches. At Acassa, she bridges design vision and construction reality, guiding clients through material selection, finishes, and spatial decisions with the precision of someone who has worked across every phase of a project.

Interior Designer

Monica Morales

Monica holds a Bachelor's in Architecture from Universidad de La Salle in Bogotá, Colombia, and brings over fifteen years of experience spanning construction supervision, project management, architectural detailing, and cost estimating across Colombia and South Florida. Her career has taken her through diverse roles, from resident architect overseeing university construction projects in Colombia to project manager at architecture and consulting firms in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. That breadth of experience, combining design sensibility with real construction knowledge, is what makes her approach at Acassa distinct. Since joining the team in 2024, she works directly with clients to translate their vision into detailed, buildable designs that are as functional as they are well crafted.

David Rivero

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UNEFA University in Venezuela, complemented by a technical degree in Electrical Engineering. That dual technical foundation, combined with over seven years of construction project management experience built entirely at Acassa, gives him a comprehensive understanding of how a building comes together across every system and discipline. His deep familiarity with every phase of the construction lifecycle, from permitting and subcontractor coordination to client reporting and quality control, makes him the person on the ground who keeps every project moving the way it should.

Project Manager

Roberto “Tito” Magaña

Roberto holds a degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Centroamericano in El Salvador, a technical foundation that gave him a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to complex operations. Before joining Acassa, he spent nearly two decades as a Sales Manager at Tecno Repuestos, where he led import operations, warehouse management, and large teams across demanding commercial environments. Since joining Acassa in 2020, he has applied that same operational rigor to construction project management, handling personnel, budgets, materials, and direct client relationships on active job sites every day.
